Can I use my own vendors?

Of course! You are welcomed to you use any vendor of your choice.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Yes, our venue is BYOB. Alcohol may be served in accordance with all applicable Texas State and Federal laws. Any and all liabilities arising from the consumption of alcoholic beverages on the premises are the responsibility of the Renter and their guests.

Do you have a sound system?

We have a Bluetooth JBL Commercial sound system that is included as part of the rental. DJ's and Bands are responsible for supplying any equipment needed for your event.

Are there any decoration restrictions?

We do not permit any adhesives, push pins, staples or command strips to be used on any of our walls. Open flames, cold spark or fog machines are not allowed. Glitter, rice, silly string, and confetti are also prohibited from being used inside the venue. Decorating is only allowed during the time of the client's reservation. 

How long can my date be held?

A date can't be held or secured until the $250 reservation fee is paid and the contract is signed. 

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept, cash, check, electronic fund transfer, or credit card. A 4% processing fee is accessed on all credit card payments. 

What is included in my rental time?

Your rental time includes your setup and breakdown. Clients, vendors and guests are not allowed to enter the venue outside of the time block listed on the contract. 

Is the Perfect Spot Event Venue LGBTQ+ friendly?

Yes, we are! We happily welcome everyone into our venue as we foster an inclusive culture.

What is the kitchenette supplied with?

The kitchenette is only for a food prep. It is supplied with prep tables, a service sink and a refrigerator. We conveniently have a private catering entrance in the kitchenette, which allows vendors to easily unload and enter the venue.

Who sets up the tables and chairs for my event?

We will take care of all the heavy lifting! We will contact you a week before your event to confirm your guest count and discuss all the final details we will need to set-up for your event. You are welcome to make the space your own by moving the tables and chairs to suit your event.
